As a luxury rental community for independent senior living, The Trillium does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Although subject to final approval, monthly lease rates for a one-bedroom residence in independent living will start at $7,500, and monthly rates for a two-bedroom residence will start at $8,500. Yes, of course. The Trillium has a dedicated neighborhood of Assisted Living residences where couples may live and receive the extra assistance they need. But if just one spouse should require assistance, our caregivers will also visit the apartment homes of Independent Living residents to provide aid and care for the partner who needs it. In either scenario, a couple will be able to continue living together.
All residences in Assisted Living at The Trillium Tysons are designed to provide ample lighting, wide-threshold doorways to accommodate wheel chairs, stability bars in all bathrooms, and emergency-call capability.
Generally, a resident’s monthly lease fee will consist of a Base Rate, which includes housing, dining, services and amenities.
