Piloting a community like The Trillium takes vision, creativity, and hard work. These dedicated leaders give everything they have to ensure our community tops the list in every category that matters most to you.
Brian is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. After earning a business and hospitality degree from James Madison University, he honed his skills working with a series of luxury private clubs including the Chevy Chase Club and Bethesda Country Club. In 2020, he navigated The University Club of Washington, D.C., through the pandemic as its General Manager and COO.
As Executive Director for The Trillium, Brian blends his experience in luxury hospitality with the senior living industry — setting the community up for unparalleled distinction. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, entertaining and exploring cultures through food and history with his wife Alexandra.
Caroline Ottoviani joined The Trillium as Executive Director in 2025, bringing 19 years of experience in senior living, ranging from caregiver to operator to multifacility oversight. Prior to her life as a health care executive, she started her career in nursing, and she is a licensed practical nurse, an assisted living licensed administrator, a certified dementia practitioner, and dementia friendly certified.
Born in Warrenton, Virginia, Caroline loves The Trillium because the community offers an elevated living experience with elegant finishes, modern luxury and outstanding amenities, as well as an unbeatable location in The Boro of Tysons, with its wealth of dining, shopping and entertainment activities.
When she’s not brainstorming ways to elevate resident and team experiences under her leadership, Caroline enjoys spending time with family, getting away in the family RV, or scoping out a true crime documentary. You might also find her living out her hidden talent for riding motocross.
A Paris native, Franck Loquet’s biggest culinary influences are his grandparents. As a boy, he always anticipated Wednesday lunches with them in Bordeaux, where he could explore and taste the flavors of the region. These experiences first ignited his passion for food. Those Wednesdays propelled Loquet into a life globe-trotting and deepening his culinary skills and knowledge as he cooked and traveled from Scotland and England to France and Switzerland, over the course of 15 years.
When he received his culinary and restaurant management degrees from École Hôtelière de Paris Jean Drouant, Franck worked his way through multiple Michelin-starred establishments, including Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Calihan Catering Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, and Ze Kitchen Galerie in Paris, France. His impeccable French technique caught the eye of Alain Ducasse in 2008, and Loquet joined the opening faculty of his École de Cuisine in Paris as an instructor.
Today, Franck serves as The Trillium's Executive Chef, offering diverse and thoughtful menus ranging from French, Mediterranean, American, and Asian cuisines with an emphasis on farm-fresh local products.
With a background in design and information technology, Lisa brings impeccable organizational skills to all things right-sizing. As the Marketing & Move-In Coordinator, she loves to help residents streamline for an easy move into The Trillium. She studied at Bridgewater State University and George Mason University and holds certifications in massage therapy and systems engineering.
Originally from New England, Lisa appreciates the cultural and seasonal diversity of our metropolitan area. When she is not managing moves, you might find her playing golf or soccer, cooking, entertaining, reading or listening to classical or country music.

Wolfine has a degree in business administration with a major in marketing. In her free time, she hosts health workshops and enjoys long hikes and traveling with her husband.
