As a resident’s needs or preferences change, they will be assessed for the appropriate level of service and care, and in some cases higher levels of care will be recommended. Everyone on The Trillium team — our Medical Director, Community Physicians, RNs and LPNs, and every Nursing Assistant — is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to ensure your safety, comfort and long-term well-being.
