There will be 101 Independent Living apartment homes, with 39 featuring a two-bedroom floor plan, and 61 featuring a one-bedroom floor plan. They will range in size from just under 700 square feet to more than 1,500 square feet of living space. Some floor plans will be available with a den. As a luxury rental community for independent senior living, The Trillium does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Although subject to final approval, monthly lease rates for a one-bedroom residence in independent living will start at $7,500, and monthly rates for a two-bedroom residence will start at $8,500.
